This is the place to go for home renovation if restoring an old home! Some beautiful fixtures, and lots to look at to get ideas. We have spend many hours wandering around this store.The staff have been very professional and helpful (aside from one isolated event).Prices of fixtures seemed fair considering the unique styles on offer. We have purchased a lot of timber from this store and were very happy with the quality and pricing. Bulk material orders were ready for collection within a reasonable timeframe.Anton has been very helpful in giving advice to us for our first renovation.

5 stars for rudeness and arrogance. twice I visited the shop and dealt with two different people. Both very rude and arrogant. I just got off the phone after my item arrived and again, 5 stars for rudeness and arrogance.I would have spent thousands here as I am renovating. I won't spend another cent here now. I'll get everything online. What a shameful way to treat customers!

I have shopped here three times recently each time I have ordered something and each time I have had to chase the item. I returned each time as I thought it wouldn’t keep happening! Twice the item had arrived and we were not advised and the last time the item had only been ordered 2 days before I rang, when I ordered it 2 weeks prior! No apologies and the old guy who answers the phone should stop doing that. If it’s in stock, great, if not go elsewhere.

I have been here years ago and this place resembles a small antique warehouse but now it's a boutique bunnings. Federation, Art Deco and Classic styles can be found here.Lots of speciality items.

Went here twice and the rude male staff member made my wife feel like an inconvenience whilst DH ate his lunch at the counter and couldn’t be bothered demonstrating the product. From our experience can’t see how this place rates so high. Will try hard to go elsewhere if I can find what I want somewhere else.

We bought a Rinnai gas fireplace from Subiaco Restoration a year ago and it has not worked properly since installation. It switches on for a few minutes and then goes off. We reported it 2 months ago (now that it is getting cooler again) and heard nothing from the supplier for 4 weeks, eventually a technician came to investigate the issue and told us it was an easy fix, would take 4 days to get the part and we would hear from Rinnai service. 1 month later still no update from Rinnai - after chasing them again they finally responded with a date of mid July for the part to arrive - 4 months after we reported the issue -shocking service and a poor quality gas fire which cost $12,000 ! do not buy Rinnai as quality and service not good.

Stuart and the team were very helpfull and ordered a Charnwood Aire (which was new to store and not even on the system). Staff were helpfull, friendly and honest. Large range as well. Highly recommend!

Best range in Perth. Particularly if you need skirting or trims to match an old established house.

I come here to buy my Cutek oils which I highly recommend but besides that this place is good for all your building needs.
